ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION is opened until February 28th
Please follow the attached template form to prepare your abstract!

Abstracts must be submitted by email to slamtb2020@gmail.com
Please, the subject of the email should be: ABSTRACT_SURNAME.

VERY IMPORTANT: even if you have already submitted an abstract to our previous SLAMTB 2020 meeting, you must resubmit it, indicating whether your abstract is:

• The same version as the one submitted to SLAMTB2020
• A slightly modified version of the one submitted to SLAMTB2020
• A New submission

Authors’ details: include full mailing address of the presenting author, as well as affiliation details of all co-authors. By submitting the abstract, you should confirm consent of all co-authors to provide their data.

Very important: Please select the category under which the abstract should be reviewed after consulting the list of topics.

• All abstracts must be submitted in English.
• Abstract text must not exceed 250 words with a title maximum of 25 words.
• Abstracts should contain new and original information, not published elsewhere prior to 28 February 2021.
• Abstracts can be presented in a single section or structured with the subtitles Introduction, Methods, Results, Conclusion.
• All abbreviations used must be defined the first time they appear.

Abstract submission is free of charge.

If an abstract is accepted, one author must register and attend the congress. Once accepted, authors must send a ppt video of 5 minutes. Poster abstract presentations will be pre-recorded and authors must reproduce them in the assigned virtual session and participate of its discussion with the audience.
